It covers how they wrote product backlogs, ran sprint planning, sized stories, arranged the team room, ran daily scrums and demos, and combined Scrum with test driven development, pair programming and continuous integration. The second edition adds a long section on what Kniberg would do differently and how his thinking moved on in the years since. The value is in the specificity, because every choice is presented as what this team did and why rather than as a rule for everyone. Read it as one worked example, not as a template to copy.
