Covers the card, conversation and confirmation model, the INVEST criteria for a good story, gathering stories through interviews, questionnaires, observation and workshops, and writing acceptance tests. Also covers estimation, planning releases and iterations, and the specific smells that indicate a story set has gone wrong. Still the clearest treatment of the mechanics.
