A Product Owner says the strategy is to delight customers with innovative solutions. Why is this weak as strategy?

• AIt is too short to communicate to a large organisation.
• BIt omits the revenue target the strategy is meant to achieve.
• CIt names no customer, no problem and nothing the organisation will not do, so it excludes no option and therefore guides no choice.
• DIt should have been written by the executive team rather than the Product Owner.
