A free programme for senior product leaders, built around meetups where members bring live organisational problems and hear how other people handled the same thing. Subjects run to product strategy, team structure and executive decision making. The paid element is the Leadership Forum that runs alongside the #mtpcon conference, which is a separate ticket.
