About this course
An introduction to Disciplined Agile, which sets out several ways of working and asks a team to choose between them deliberately rather than adopting one by default. The course covers the lifecycles on offer, the Team Canvas for diagnosing where a workflow is struggling, and a three step process for deciding what to change. It replaced the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master certification, so it teaches the same material without awarding a credential.
