Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2

The official PRINCE2 manual and the basis of the Foundation and Practitioner examinations. The method rests on seven principles that must all be present for work to count as PRINCE2, a set of practices covering the management concerns from the business case through to progress, and seven processes running from starting up a project to closing it. The seventh edition puts people at the centre of the method, adds sustainability to the performance targets a project is managed against, and gives more room to working in an agile way.
