Rocket Surgery Made Easy
About this book
Krug wrote the follow up to Don't Make Me Think about the one activity he believes teams should do and mostly do not, which is watching somebody use the thing. The method is deliberately cheap, being one morning a month, three participants, a screen recorder and whoever from the team wants to watch. He covers recruiting, writing the tasks, facilitating without leading the participant, and the meeting afterwards where the team agrees the smallest fix rather than the best one. At a hundred and sixty eight pages with a facilitator script in the appendix, it is closer to a manual than a book.
